Snickerdoodle is a 9 year old, grade Quarter Horse gelding that stands 15 hands tall. He leads, loads in our stock trailer, stands for the farrier, to tack up and to mount and dismount. He stands well to be groomed. He has been pasture roped off of to doctor cattle and has pushed cattle at the stockyards. He has been used in the head side of the roping pen. We have easily used him around cattle, as well as worked gates on him. He has a nice walk, trot and short lope. He will back a country mile. He will walk all day if you ask him to, or will short lope as quick as you please. He neck reins very well. He has a good slide stop. He has went everywhere we have pointed him. We are not Quarter horse people and have enjoyed having him around. He is personable and will follow you around all day long. If I had to say one bad thing about him it would be that he can be a little ear shy. We have easily been able to put his halter and bridle on. He is ready to trail ride or to go all day long to work. He will come with current negative coggins and a health certificate. He is currently shod on all four feet. He is priced at $3,500. We accept many different forms of payment.
