Shade is 12 year old, unregistered Racking horse mare, that stands 14’3 hands tall. Shade leads, loads in our stock trailer, stands for our farrier, to be tacked up and mounted as well as dismounted. Shade also grooms, bathes and clips well. Shade is a fun ride. She isn’t for your beginner child that is learning how to ride or grandma who is looking to mosey on down the trail. Shade likes to get up and go, and move on down the trail. She is very forward moving but will settle down and walk if asked. She has a nice walk, four beat gait, slow and fast rack, canter, will back up, and neck reins well. We’ve had her in the woods, on the road, across big bridges, meeting traffic, on the trail with our dog and in the creek. She has went everywhere we’ve pointed her and has been a blast. She has a brand on her front left shoulder and is blemish free to my eyes. She will come with current negative coggins and a health certificate. Shade is priced at $3,500.
