Rex is a beautiful, dark bay, 12 year old, unregistered KY Mountain gelding that stands 15’1 hands tall. He leads, loads in our stock trailer, stands for the farrier, to be tacked up and mounted, as well as dismounted. He also grooms, bathes, and trims well. Rex has a nice slow rack, fast rack, and canter. He also neck reins well for a gaited horse. Rex has stamina. While riding Rex sounds like a train, going through the trail at whatever speed you want to go and is happy doing it. He likes to grunt and he likes to go. He is a fun trail horse that would be enjoyable for a rider that wants something more forward moving. He will cross big bridges, go in the river, meet traffic, has been around dogs, up and down the trail and we have exposed him to gunfire. Rex has a flashy gear that you could take to the shows, or comfortably trail ride all day. Rex will come with current negative coggins and a health certificate. Rex is priced at $4,850.
