My Olympic Lady, also known as Harper, is a 13 year old, registered TWH mare that stands 15’1 hands tall on a keg shoe. We have owned Harper since last August. When we got Harper, she was severely underweight and was looking for a home that would care for her and we gave her that. Harper has had all winter off, and most of the spring. We got her up at the beginning of April, gave her a haircut, a bath, and you would have thought that she had been ridden every single day since last August. Aside from being very well broke, Harper leads, loads in our stock trailer, stands for our farrier, to be tacked up and mounted, as well groomed and bathed. Harper has a nice head shaking walk, four beat gait and a good canter. She will decently neck rein. We have taken Harper everywhere and she doesn’t hesitate one bit to please you. She will go up the steepest hills, and slide down them with the most sure footed way of going. She absolutely loves the water and will stay all day long in it. We have crossed bridges with her, as well as met traffic and have even shot a gun off of her. We have had her turned out with our keepers as well as stalled. She is extremely easy to approach and catch. She is an honest mare. There are no holes or special buttons that needs to be pushed. If you can sit in the saddle, you shouldn’t have a problem riding. She’s been ridden by men, women and children with supervision. Harper had her teeth floated back during the winter. She has a current pre purchase exam as well as current vaccinations. She has current negative coggins. She is up to date with our farrier. I will be picky with where she goes. Harper is a kind hearted horse that deserves the upmost love. Harper is priced at $4,850.
