Jennie (SOLD!!)

Jennie (SOLD!!)

Gen’s Cash or Credit, foal date April 25, 2011, Registration #21103044, also known as Jennie is an 8 year old, registered TWH mare, standing 15’2 hands tall. Jennie is an all around example of how a lady should act. She has all the beauty and the brains. She has been ridden by beginners, and everybody in between. As you can see from the video, she does not mind anything. She would be a wonderful lesson horse. These folks are TRUE beginners. Lillie, the little girl in the video, had never ridden a horse by herself. Jennie carried her well and with ease. She is a sweetheart on the ground, she is easy to catch, lead and put in the cross ties. She stands there quietly. She stands to be clipped all over with no twitch. She is patient while you groom her all over. She stands great for the farrier and was just freshly keg shod on 1/24/19 on all four feet and our farrier bragged on her the whole time. Jennie stands perfectly to be tacked up and stands perfectly to mount from the ground or picnic table and will stand until you ask her to move. Jennie will stand and let you climb all over without any issues. She’s down for anything you ask of her. She crosses water with ease and crosses all trail obstacles with ease. She goes up and down the steep, slick, muddy, hilly terrain with no issues. She rides great on the road and is traffic safe and doesn’t mind traffic coming from either direction. She never misses a beat. We have ridden her everywhere in the group and we’ve never had an issue. She crosses bridges big and small with no hesitation. She was introduced to gun fire and she took to it quite well. With a little time and more shooting she would be a pro with mounted shooting. We also gave Jennie a try with riding bridle less and she took it very well and rode with ease. Jennie has a very nice, slow running walk and a nice 4 beat saddle gait that is a trail riding gear and is comfortable enough to ride day in and day out with out any trouble. She loads and hauls great and rides quietly beside geldings or other mares. Jennie is a trail horse deluxe and not to mention she has the looks and the bloodlines to be or produce you a top notch show horse. She is bred out the wazoo. Right here is a nice young mare with her whole life ahead of her that can be your trail mount for years to come or put her to work as a broodmare. She has the potential to produce you a WGC with the right stud. Jennie will be suited for most any level rider. If you know the basics you can handle Jennie. Jennie has current negative coggins. Jennie is priced at $4,500. We accept cash, PayPal and ApplePay. Jennie is located in Greensburg, KY. Thanks and God Bless.

    Policy

This horse is being sold as is, how is and where is. We offer no guarantees unless already pre-arranged before purchasing.

    Vet Checks

We encourage vet checks. Vets checks, wellness and lameness exams, cost $150 at our local vet, and that cost includes us trailering to the vet. We do encourage this. These horses are selling as is. There will be no buy backs, etc. We encourage, but do not require vet checks but having a certified vet checking over your next trail partner is one step to ensure you know for a fact of what you’re purchasing. Make sure to always do your homework. We are not vets, and we go off the knowledge we have been given by previous owners and try our best to represent a horse the best we can with the information we have been given. We ride these horses and truly give our honest opinion, even it is good or ugly. Our lengthy videos show what these horses are made of, if you are purchasing sight unseen. If you’re close by, we encourage to come and take a test ride but our videos do help the ones who are quite a distance away. Take the next step, and have a vet check completed! We’ve owned many of horses and usually can catch something if there was something to catch but not always, as we are not vets.

    Vaccinations

We vaccinate in the spring and in the fall if needed. If the horse you’re purchasing does not have a current vaccination record, we recommend, as does our vet, getting them vaccinated. Normal vaccinations include a Prestige 5, West Nile and a Rabies. Some folks that board at bigger facilities are required to have a Strangles vaccination. We can have all of these vaccinations completed at buyer’s expense. If you want to wait, and do this with your vet, then that is your personal preference whether to vaccinate or not and what vaccines to administer. Vaccination Costs: Prestige 5, $39.00, West Nile, $37.00, Rabies, $16.00, Strangles, $31.00 (All costs are subject to change due to change in costs, and all costs are in reference to Mill Creek Vet Center or Hartland Animal Hospital)

    Shipping

Shipping is based solely upon the buyer discretion. We do offer delivery but when it comes to longer trips, hiring a shipper is recommended. We can recommend and give names of shippers that past clients have used but it will be your decision on who you want to ship your horse. Again, we leave shipping up to the client. We are not responsible for any shipping problems. Our Shipping Rates: We charge $2.00 a loaded mile for delivery unless there is a deal being made with shipping included, etc. We like to keep our shipping under 400 miles. Shipper Rates: Shippers charge anywhere from $0.50 cents a mile up to $2.50 a loaded mile.

    • If there is a deal with "free shipping", then the total cost of shipping (average of $0.75 a loaded mile) will be deducted from the cost of the horse. If a shipper if delivering your horse then you will be responsible to pay them for shipping and we will deduct that amount from the cost of the horse. Example, if the horse costs $5,000 and the shipping costs $1,000, then you would only owe us $4,000. You WOULD NOT owe, $5,000 for the cost of the horse plus another $1,000 in shipping. If we are delivering the horse, you would pay us the full $5,000. This only applies to horses that have the "Free Shipping" included.

    Boarding

We board up to 7 days for no charge, until a shipper or client, can pick up their horse. After 7 seven days, we charge $10.00 a day for boarding. That includes stall boarding, with hay, grain and water. We board up to thirty dates unless already pre-arranged. During boarding, we are not responsible for accidents, sickness, or any acts of God that could occur during that time. You are responsible for your horse.

    Deposits

We require a deposit of $250 to come and look test ride a horse. This knocks out “tire kickers”. If we are shipping a horse to you, we require payment in full up to $1,500. Horses that over $1,500, we require half to be paid before we leave and the rest in cash upon delivery. If a shipper is delivering your horse then it will have to be paid for in full before departure.

    Payment Preferences

    • PayPal. We accept PayPal. We use the friends and family option. We do not accept e-checks.
    • Apple Pay
    • Walmart to Walmart
    • Facebook Pay
    • Cash
    • Bank transfers
    • We do not take personal checks of any kind.

    Ownership

Once purchased, the horse is yours as of the date it is paid for in full or deposit until we deliver it to you. If anything occurs after purchased, it is your deal. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, sickness, death, or any Act of God after purchasing.

    Payments

In certain situations, we can set up payments. If payments are set up, then the horse does not leave our barn until paid for in full.
