Ellie is 13 year old, unregistered TWH mare that stands 15 hands tall. Ellie comes in a package deal, with her sweet baby, Mae, who is a 5 month old draft cross filly. Ellie has been checked by our vet and is open. Along with being an excellent mother, Ellie, leads, loads in our stock trailer, stands for our farrier, to be tacked up and mounted, as well as dismounted. She also grooms, bathes, and clips well. We have ridden Ellie around the farm and she has went everywhere we have pointed her and sweet Mae follows right along. She will go up the hills, in the creek and everywhere in between. She has a nice walk, four beat gait and is very smooth to ride. Ellie will be a great addition for anyone. She is very well broke for someone learning or for your grandma. If I had to say anything bad, it would be that she does need some weight on her top line in result from having her baby on her side. She also has a small scar on her bottom eye lid but nothing that affects her ability to ride. Her baby, Mae, has been handled daily. She is working on leading but will easily let you groom her and pick up her feet. She is doing excellent. Ellie and Mae will come with current negative coggins and a health certificate.
